Genta deal

The San Diego company expanded its Genta Jago drug delivery joint venture with Jagotec AG by adding worldwide rights to develop and commercialize oral controlled-release formulations of 35 products currently marketed by other companies that have lost or will lose patent protection or marketing exclusivity.
