Solfib ELISA assay with a monoclonal antibody to an epitope present on the soluble fibrin polymers that are released as fibrin forms clots data

As reported at the Congress of the International Society on Thrombosis and Hemostasis in Jerusalem, MABXA's assay of soluble fibrin was 100 percent sensitive and had 100 percent negative predictive value in a preliminary study in 49 patients.
The antibody also appears to improve clot lysis when combined with a thrombolytic in various experimental model systems, the Copiague, N.Y., company reported. ...
