T Cell Sciences deal

TCEL said its former Global Pharma Ltd. subsidiary has been organized as a Bermuda company to pursue a joint venture with Northeast No. 6 Pharmaceutical Factory (Shen Yang, China) to improve and sell approved Chinese pharmaceuticals in China.

TCEL now holds a minority interest in Global Pharma along with Patrick Kung, TCEL's scientific founder and vice chairman who is president and chairman of Global Pharma, and other private investors. ...
