The International Trade Commission (ITC) voted not to review the ruling by its Administrative Law Judge to dismiss GNE's case against Novo-Nordisk and BTGC (Iselin, N.J.) for infringement of human growth hormone patents. On Nov. 30, the judge recommended dismissal as a sanction because GNE delayed in providing certain documents to Novo and BTGC (see BioCentury, Dec. 5, 1994, page B5). ...
