Theratope therapeutic vaccine data

BIOMF presented results from Phase II trials in the U.K. and Canada with Theratope therapeutic cancer vaccine in 48 patients with metastatic breast cancer.

The 24 patients who received the vaccine preceded by an iv dose of cyclophosphamide had a projected median survival of 19.7 months, compared with 12.6 months for the group treated only with the vaccine. The single dose of cyclophosphamide was given as an immunomodulator. ...
