Collagenase ABC enzyme data

BSTC (Lynbrook, N.Y.) announced that an open-label trial to support U.K. approval of Collagenase ointment significantly reduced wound size, eliminated odor and inflammation, and cleared damaged tissue. The trial tested 50 patients with dermal ulcers primarily in the heel or sacral area. P values were less than 0.001 for change in baseline measures of odor, pus, inflammation and necrosis.
