Hemagen deal

Labor Diagnostika (Helden, Germany) will distribute HMGN products in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The 10-year agreement covers 13 HMGN analytes for autoimmune diseases.

Although the agreement does not include HMGN's recently developed line of tests for infectious diseases, the pact can be modified to add them. HMGN (Waltham, Mass.) has the right of first refusal to develop tests that Labor may wish to add to its line. ...
