The Malvern, Penn., company reported animal results at the International Symposium on Controlled Release of Bioactive Materials in Nice, showing prolonged activity of an anti-proliferative agent carried by its Zyn-Linker molecule.

Proliferation of blood vessel cells in vitro was inhibited for a week by a colchicine analog linked to the two-tailed, lipophilic molecule, whereas the analog alone rapidly lost its effect.
