CYTL (San Diego) reported Phase I data on the first of its antigen recognition products. In the 27 healthy volunteers, "minor and reversible" side effects were seen in one to four of the nine recipients at each of the three doses tested, and were not dose related, the company told BioCentury. The study has not yet been unblinded, but full analysis will be available later in the first quarter. A Phase II trial in chronically infected patients is planned for the second quarter. ...
