NeoRx regulatory update

NERX said it has filed data with the FDA demonstrating that the OncoTrac lung cancer imaging product produced by Dr. Karl Thomae GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Boehringer Ingelheim group, is the same as the product described in the PLA filed by NERX in December 1989. The filing triggered a $3.6 million milestone payment by BI, consisting of $1.3 million for the purchase of 937,500 shares of unregistered NERX common stock and a $2.3 million license fee. ...
