Aastrom deal

Aastrom and Cobe BCT, a subsidiary of Sweden's Gambro Group, have formed a strategic alliance to commercialize and market Aastrom's Stem Cell Expansion System (CES). Cobe made a $10 million equity investment and Aastrom can receive an additional $10 million in fees and investments based on milestones, as well as a majority share of net sales.
