MPRO entered into an agreement to acquire Ribonetics GmbH/Ltd. (Germany), a developer of oligonucleotides, for $1.5 million and 515,837 MPRO shares.
The acquisition includes all of Ribonetics' stock and certain proprietary technology of Animal Biotechnology Cambridge Ltd., a current shareholder in Ribonetics, related to biological test systems that employ human cell lines. ...
