Alamar deal

ALMR signed a letter of intent to collaborate with Sclavo Diagnostics Srl of Italy to distribute ALMR's product line in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Turkey and Greece. ALMR's products include in vitro tests and an indicator dye for cell viability.

Sclavo also would purchase 4 percent to 5 percent of ALMR for an undisclosed sum. Prior to the deal ALMR has 4.7 million shares outstanding. ...
