Bioniche offering up to 20M shares

Bioniche Life Sciences Inc. (TSX:BNC) said it plans to offer up to 20 million shares in an initial public offering in Australia and New Zealand and a follow-on in Canada. The Canadian offer is being underwritten by NCP Northland Capital Partners; Dundee Securities; and National Bank Financial, while the Australian offer is on a best efforts basis by Taylor Collison and will be priced at A$1.50 per share.
