LLY transferred to AMRI its natural product collection of microorganisms, plant samples and marine invertebrates as well as a natural product library and related databases. AMRI will have exclusive ownership of LLY's libraries and collection and will screen samples from the collection and AMRI's internal natural product libraries against targets provided by LLY.
