Galen, Leo Pharma, Bristol-Myers deal

GAL will develop and market Leo's Dovobet, a combination of calcipotriene and betamethasone dipropionate, in the U.S. The drug is approved in certain EU countries to treat mild to moderate psoriasis. GAL will pay $7 million upfront to Leo and a further $40 million upon FDA approval. Leo said it will file an IND soon to conduct Dovobet clinical trials in the U.S. Leo will be paying for the future clinical trials. ...
