Elan, ImaRx, Verion Inc. deal

ELN and ImaRx formed a joint venture to develop an oncology therapeutic using ImaRx’s HydroPlex drug delivery system, which wraps hydrophobic drugs with polymer strands to make them more water soluble and less toxic.
