Gvax autologous tumor cells expressing granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factors: Phase I data; Phase I/II

Results of Phase I testing published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences demonstrated both infiltration of immune cells into metastases and tumor destruction in biopsies from 11 of 16 melanoma patients after vaccination with Gvax.
