Allelix, NeuroScience Network, Neuroscience Partners L.P. deal

AXB, the NeuroScience Network (an academic collaboration involving more than 200 neuroscientists at 18 Canadian universities and institutes), and Neuroscience Partners (an investment fund that supports the Network's commercialization efforts) will collaborate to commercialize central nervous system research in Canada.

The fund, which has raised more than C$52 million to invest in neuroscience-based business in Canada and internationally, will contribute up to C$6 million to AXB - C$2 million will be invested over 15 months for the first three projects. ...
