BioChem, Warner-Lambert deal

BCHXF (Laval, Québec) and Warner-Lambert's Parke-Davis division will develop orally active, small molecule compounds to treat and prevent thrombosis. BCHXF will receive an undisclosed up-front payment and can receive up to $29 million in development milestones, as well as royalties.

BCHXF receives marketing rights in Canada and Europe, while Warner-Lambert has rights in the rest of the world. ...
