Apotex Biotechnology Holdings Inc., Cangene deal

CNJ continued a corporate restructuring, announcing an agreement in principle under which Apotex (ABH) would become a majority owner of the company, and a plan to return to CNJ shareholders substantially all the cash in the company prior to the closing of the ABH deal.
