Hemosol Inc., Fresenius A.G. deal

HML (Toronto) and Fresenius (Oberursel, Germany) formalized a previously announced strategic alliance to develop Hemolink, HML's red blood cell substitute, in Europe, the countries of the former Soviet Union, the Middle East and Africa.
