IMRE (Seattle) published a report in the New England Journal of Medicine on a patient who recovered from the neurologic disorder that accompanied his lung cancer. The patient could not walk, write, or eat due to opsoclonus-myoclonus, and was unresponsive to steroid therapy.
The patient was able to undertake these activities following treatment with the Prosorba column and remained free of the disorder until his death four months later from the cancer. ...
