Interferon deal

IFSC granted Fujimoto Diagnostics Inc. (Osaka) exclusive rights in Japan to human leukocyte-derived alpha interferon. Fujimoto purchased $1.5 million worth of the New Brunswick, N.J., company's stock at an undisclosed price, and will buy an additional $500,000 shares in February 1996. IFSC has 19.5 million shares outstanding prior to the investments. ...
