Alamar deal

ALMR (Sacramento) completed its previously announced agreement with Sclavo diagnostics srl (Italy) to distribute ALMR's in vitro diagnostics and dye products throughout most of Europe.

ALMR expects to distribute some of Sclavo's immunoassay products in the U.S., pending FDA approvals. The companies also will develop new infectious disease diagnostics. ...
