BTGC (Iselin, N.J.) said the International Trade Commission (ITC) denied GNE's request for a temporary exclusion order prohibiting BTGC's importation of human growth hormone into the U.S.

GNE alleges that BTGC is infringing three of its patents. According to BTGC, the ITC stated that GNE is likely to succeed on the merits of one of the patents, but has not established that it is likely to succeed on the merits of the other two.
