Oncolysin B data

IMGN (Cambridge, Mass.) reported good tolerability in a 26-patient Phase I/II trial in combination with chemotherapy. Participants received a seven-day continuous infusion of Oncolysin cycled into the third of six cycles of chemotherapy; 13 of the 26 also had a second seven-day infusion with the fourth cycle.

The company said the outcome appeared to be favorable, compared to historical data on median survival of patients with AIDS-related lymphoma. A pilot study has begun to examine the role of the drug further in this condition. ...
