Neoprobe deal

The Dublin, Ohio, company said it has taken control of the manufacturing assets required to supply the company's RIGS system to detect and treat solid tumors. NEOP acquired the remaining 27.6 percent of MonoCarb AB (Sweden), a monoclonal antibody production facility, for 75,800 NEOP common shares. In December, NEOP purchased 62.4 percent for 128,096 shares. NEOP has 8.3 million shares outstanding.
In addition, NEOP and its 95 percent-owned subsidiary, Neoprobe-Israel, signed an agreement with Rotem Industries (Israel) to establish Neoprobe-Israel's radiolabeling facility. ...
