Soluble TNF receptor data

IMNX announced that its Phase II trial of a soluble receptor for tumor necrosis factor showed no clinical benefit, and the company has closed the study.
Patients in the TNF receptor trial had been randomly assigned to receive either placebo or 0.15, 0.45, or 1.5 mg/kg of the receptor protein. A preliminary look at the data, IMNX said, showed no difference in mortality rates at the lowest dose, and worse outcomes than with placebo at the higher doses. ...
