MCHM said that The Upjohn Co. terminated its exclusive 1991 license agreement to use MCHM's SEPA transdermal enhancer compound with Rogaine, Upjohn's hair growth product.

According to MCHM, data from Upjohn's clinical trials demonstrated SEPA's effectiveness in enhancing the transdermal penetration of minoxidil, Rogaine's active agent. But the enhancement did not result in increased hair growth over Rogaine alone. ...
