Stage Cell Therapeutics, Juno Therapeutics deal

Juno acquired cell therapy manufacturing company Stage Cell Therapeutics in a cash and stock deal. Juno will operate Stage Cell as a German subsidiary under the name Juno Therapeutics GmbH to help produce its chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and T cell receptor (TCR) therapies.
