RegeneRx, Digital Aria deal

RegeneRx raised $1 million through the sale of 8.3 million shares at $0.12 to G-treeBNT Co. Ltd. in connection with a March 2014 deal. Under the deal, G-treeBNT (formerly Digital Aria Co. Ltd.) received exclusive rights to develop RegeneRx's RGN-259 in Asia, excluding China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau; and RGN-137 in the U.S. G-treeBNT retains an option until Jan. 31, 2015, to purchase an additional 5.5 million shares at $0.15 per share.
