Endo, Metamark Genetics deal

Endo said its HealthTronics Inc. subsidiary will sell its anatomical pathology business, HealthTronics Laboratory Solutions Inc., to Metamark for an undisclosed amount. In June, Endo announced it would seek alternatives for the HealthTronics urology unit and a sale of the anatomical pathology business, which had revenues of $11 million for the six months ending June 30 (see BioCentury, June 10). ...
