In mice intranasally challenged with pneumococcal bacteria, Eurocine's intranasal pneumococcal glycoconjugate vaccine plus Endocine adjuvant significantly protected mice from infection vs. the vaccine alone. Additionally, Eurocine said the adjuvanted vaccine displayed the same level of protection as that of the active control Prevnar 13.
