Express Scripts' inflammatory program to offer indication-based pricing

Express Scripts Holding Co. (NASDAQ:ESRX) introduced its Inflammatory Conditions Care Value Program, an optional program for Express Scripts clients aimed at controlling costs and improving care for patients with inflammatory diseases.
