CV Therapeutics (CVTX) raised $131 million in a follow-on through the sale of 2.5 million shares at $52.50. The deal, which has a 375,000-share overallotment, was underwritten by J.P. Morgan; Robertson Stephens; Bear, Stearns; CIBC World Markets; Morgan Stanley; SG Cowen; U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray; and First Albany. J.P. Morgan was the sole bookrunner. ...
