Trump challenged on regulation order

Advocacy group Public Citizen joined the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Communication Workers of America in a lawsuit seeking to block President Trump's executive order that agencies must repeal two federal regulations for every new rule issued. The suit alleges the order would "force agencies to take regulatory actions that harm the people of this nation," and block regulations "needed to protect health, safety, and the environment."
