PhRMA’s LaGanga to head state advocacy

PhRMA named SVP Scott LaGanga as head of state advocacy. LaGanga, who succeeds Jeff Bond, is taking on the job at a time when pharma companies are facing extraordinary challenges from state legislatures and ballot initiatives.
