NIH refuses Xtandi march-in request

NIH declined to exercise its march-in rights to allow generic competition for prostate cancer treatment Xtandi enzalutamide from Astellas Pharma Inc. (Tokyo:4503). In a (see BioCentury Extra, Jan. 14).
