HHS considering all options for drug prices

HHS Secretary Sylvia Burwell told members of the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee that HHS is "continuing to try and pursue every administrative option" to combat high drug prices, and is considering issuing guidelines on when NIH may exercise its march-in authority.
