Permanent R&D tax credit bill reintroduced in Senate

Sens. Tom Carper (D-Del.) and Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) reintroduced a bill that would increase and make permanent the alternative simplified R&D tax credit. The bill would increase the tax credit to 25% from the 14% credit that expired last year and enable CROs to claim a portion of the credit.
