CoLucid raises $65M in follow-on

Migraine therapy developer CoLucid Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:CLCD) raised $65 million through the sale of 3.3 million shares at $20 in a follow-on underwritten by Piper Jaffray, Barclays, Stifel and Ladenburg Thalmann.
