Oncobiologics files for IPO

Oncobiologics Inc. (Cranbury, N.J.) filed to raise up to $115 million in an IPO on NASDAQ underwritten by Jefferies, Barclays and Cantor Fitzgerald. This year, the company intends to begin Phase III trials of two biosimilars: ONS-3010, a biosimilar of Humira adalimumab from AbbVie Inc.
