NantKwest's gains continue after Biden report

NantKwest Inc. (NASDAQ:NK) gained $2.41 (16%) to $17.86 Wednesday, its third consecutive day of gains. A media report on Sunday said NantKwest Chairman and CEO Patrick Soon-Shiong has had several meetings with Vice President Joe Biden to discuss cancer vaccines. NantKwest did not respond to inquiries.

Last month, Biden said he would push Congress to increase funding for cancer research, saying "we need a moonshot in this country to cure cancer." Biden's son Beau died of brain cancer in May (see BioCentury Extra, Oct. 21). ...
