Dimension slips on first trading day

Dimension Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:DMTX) fell $2.20 (17%) to $10.80 on Thursday, its first trading day after raising $71 million through the sale of 5.5 million shares at $13 in an IPO underwritten by Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Canaccord and Cantor Fitzgerald. The price valued Dimension at $323.4 million.
The gene therapy company filed last month to raise up to $115 million. Last week, it said it hoped to sell 5.5 million shares at $14-$16. At $15, it would have raised $82.5 million and been valued at $373.2 million. ...
