Biogen raises $6B in note deal

Biogen Inc. (NASDAQ:BIIB) raised $6 billion through the sale of senior unsecured notes underwritten by Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.

The notes consist of $1.5 billion in 2.9% notes due in 2020; $1 billion in 3.625% notes due in 2022; $1.75 billion in 4.05% notes due in 2025; and $1.75 billion in 5.2% notes due in 2045. ...
