La Jolla Pharmaceutical Co. (NASDAQ:LJPC) raised $96.9 million on Thursday through the sale of 2.6 million shares at $38 in a follow-on underwritten by Jefferies; Cowen; Chardan Capital Markets; LifeSci Capital; and Noble Life Science Partners.
