Wave raises $66M in series B round

Wave Life Sciences Pte. Ltd. (Boston, Mass.) raised $66 million in a series B round led by new investor Foresite Capital. New investors Fidelity; New Leaf Venture Partners; Redmile Group; Jennison Associates; Cormorant Asset Management; and private funds advised by Clough Capital Partners also participated along with existing investors RA Capital and Kagoshima Shinsangyo Sosei Investment. Leerink was Wave's placement agent.
