Clementia raises $60M in mezzanine round

Clementia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Montreal, Quebec) raised $60 million in a mezzanine financing led by new investor New Enterprise Associates (NEA). Fellow new investors UCB Group (Euronext:UCB); RA Capital; Rock Springs Capital; EcoR1 Capital; and Janus Capital Management also participated, as did existing investors OrbiMed Advisors and BDC Capital Healthcare Venture Fund.
