Back to the feeder: bluebird raises $225.3M in follow-on

Gene therapy play bluebird bio Inc. (NASDAQ:BLUE) raised $225.3 million by pricing 2.7 million shares at $85 in its second follow-on of the year. BofA Merrill Lynch; Cowen; SunTrust; Wedbush; and Roth were underwriters.
